- Rural farming community (overnight stays of picking vegetables, fruits or, just gardening)
- Gastro tour with hotel stay (ties in with government development of cooked market)
- Watersports
- School (abandoned)
- (tied) Heritage hotel and Olympic trail (sports) [I think this has a limited market]
